For the first time in 50 years the City of St. John’s opened a pedestrian mall on water street. sections of the street between adelaide street all the way up to prescott street. its amazing to just stroll down the center of the street and watch the shop owners building out into the street. Today was the first day, and its set to stay open until September 7.
